When we needed to sale our parents home after they passed away, Ann and Tracy were recommended by our Trust Company. Ann and Tracy worked very hard, from cleaning out the house, to assisting with any needed repairs to the final sale. They even turned an ugly storage area into a cute little room! They are very easy to communicate with and Ann, who was our main contact, always kept us informed every step of the way. The house sold quickly and we couldn't be happier! We highly recommend Ann and Tracy.
I am completely blown away at her level of service. She dealt with numerous uncertain circumstances on my end and had to manage a very complex sale process due to the foreclosure. Tracy Padgett, is the best realtor. I have never had a realtor say that they are willing to help with anything and mean it. Tracy sold us our home years ago. She was very patient with us. We were so demanding and crazy buyers. She was so great at going with the flow, and always available to text or call me when I would freak out. She always gave me truthfull info.
