I went in to get my nails done for a wedding I have this weekend and I waited for 2 hours. A man walked up to me twice and told me just a few minutes, a half hour later him and another nail tech went to the back and never came back. Very disappointed because this has happened to me more than once at this nail salon. I definitely don’t recommend…very upsetting. I ended up leaving for the third time and not getting anything done. I understand being busy , but it was not busy at all…

I went to this shop three times paid almost 100 including tip for basic service customer service is awful the man with one big toe missing that did my services was rude and when a white client walked in treated me as I was a problem but before they came in I was treated as royalty there is enough racism between black and white with out this culture involving themselves this is a business if black people are not welcomed then say that it’s a nail shop on every corner and I don’t have and will not ever go back here

I paid for #3, with the gelatin soak, I might have had my feet in the gelatin for 2 minutes before he dissolved it. I got the man who I was hoping I wouldn’t get because he never does a good job. It had been a several weeks since I had a pedicure so the calluses were bad, I told him as much but he just ignored what I had said. No lie, he might have spent 30 seconds scrubbing my feet and that’s being gracious with the time. I spent almost $70 for a poorly executed pedicure.
