Very bad service the lady cut my nails grinded my nails and then told me she could not do my nails
I went to this shop three times paid almost 100 including tip for basic service customer service is awful the man with one big toe missing that did my services was rude and when a white client walked in treated me as I was a problem but before they came in I was treated as royalty there is enough racism between black and white with out this culture involving themselves this is a business if black people are not welcomed then say that it’s a nail shop on every corner and I don’t have and will not ever go back here
I paid for #3, with the gelatin soak, I might have had my feet in the gelatin for 2 minutes before he dissolved it. I got the man who I was hoping I wouldn’t get because he never does a good job. It had been a several weeks since I had a pedicure so the calluses were bad, I told him as much but he just ignored what I had said. I moved from Georgia and this is one of the closest nail parlors near me, so I’ve been coming the last two years I’ve been here. Each time I come, prices are different or they’re asking Tracy how much a service is rather than knowing as an employee or following the price list brochures. Then they don’t have passion in their work, everything is rushed or as if they don’t care. They just opened a new nail place I assume so now it’s taking longer to be serviced. No TVs or music playing or any sort of entertainment.
My husband took my three daughters to the nail salon for two full sets and one polish today. I had went the day before and got the gift certificate and written what they needed on the inside of the gift certificate so that there would be no confusion. They cut my 10 year old and made her bleed really bad. One of my daughter’s nails looks like a 12-year-old did them. She was upset when she left and not pleased at all.
