Tracy would charge my fiancée $40-60 an hour a session without any justification of the difference every 2-3 weeks. Session always took about an hour and scheduled in advanced! Did good work but had shown an unfriendly side in the past. It went on ignored. This last time she was rough slamming pallets infront of her claiming she didn’t have the colors she was requesting although she in fact did! Great experience! I’ve been to Tracy’s Nails multiple times throughout the years. I decided it was time to go back to get acrylics and I went after work. I had zero wait time and she was very fast, professional, and detailed when doing my nails. It was $70 for the full-set. It was $60 then they charge $10 for coffin or almond shape. I will be going back for a fill in a couple of weeks.

This place is steadily decreasing in customer satisfaction. I asked for a mani/pedi short nails with regular polish and the owner pretended to not know what short nails were and only how to do shellac? When I said regular polish, short nails he got mad and told me to wait in the lobby for someone else to do them. Obviously I walked out, never returning.
