RecommendedService and parts have always been helpful and friendly.
I have been working with the finance department to secure finance for a week (Chris). Found out today after we have to keep calling them for update/status, that I was approved but they chose to sell all their skis before contacting me. Horrible management and sales. I do not recommend, the customer service is appalling.
Their service department really takes care of it's customers. I had a major rebuild of the transmission for a motorcycle that I bought there, and they got it done for fraction of the price most shops would charge.

Service staff are really great and very professional
Have bought two off-road motorcycles at Tracy Motorsports and also have had Service work and tire changes done on my road bike. Excellent service all around and this dealer has a lot of inventory!
