Absolutely HORRIBLE! The staff is extremely unprofessional and cold towards patients . I overheard “health professionals” laughing and criticizing a patient’s condition as she lay crying in the chair on the other side of the room . Please do yourself a favor and find a better dental provider. This practice is subpar .
EXTREMELY IRRESPONSIBLE... I went into Dr Crear's office with a broken molar and was informed that I have two abscess infections deep in my gums. The dentist referred me to a specialist to deal with the broken tooth, however the specialists office's earliest appointment is ten days away. Meanwhile, I have an infection brewing in my head. My family has been patients of Dr. Crear for 3 generations. Sadly, the level of service has never been great. We have supported this practice over the years in an attempt to support black owned businesses. I am no longer willing to return and teach my kids that it is ok to allow disrespect as it relates to our TIME, solely because it is a black owned business. The doctors are all very nice. Helped me out a lot during a dental emergency. Very flexible with scheduling.
