Tracy helped me to purchase a new home in a subdivision and we ended up building it! She hung in there with me from picking the lot to the house plan to dealing with the subdivision builders all the way to the close of the home. She was a real trooper and her knowledge of the industry was indispensable. She helped in every aspect and I couldn’t have done it without her. I highly recommend Tracy for new builds or regular purchases. Oh, and she sold my old place too for top dollar! Call Tracy – you won’t regret it.
Tracy was our realtor for a house purchase in Fayetteville, GA. She knew the area and the housing market very well. We looked at a minimum of 40 houses over several weeks. Fantastic Realtor!! 100% could not recommend a better person to help find or sell your home. Whenever we needed an estimate on what our house was worth Tracy sent an entire report with comps in the area ASAP. She will even walk through your house and tell you what to expect and what to fix to maximize the sell value. She doesn’t mess around and will make it happen!
