Okay- please read this. *GOT AN INFECTION FROM HERE ON ANTIBIOTICS* *BLOOD IN PRODUCTS* *NOTHING IS CLEANED OR SANITIZED* We booked pedicures and fake nails for 4 women in preparation for a trip. I was put in the soaker tub for 30 minutes, my feet were very cold by the end. The employee doing the pedicure did fine for me. However when it was my sisters turn she didn’t wash out the bin or sanitize anything. I had to go and turn my sisters water off and I tried to scoop hair and floating debris out of the water. I have returned once again, and I will certainly be back. Tracy is very diligent, punctual, and amazing with her work. I left feeling satisfied and happy. Thank you for your time, effort, and hard work.
Summary: Avoid this place if you care about your natural nails and cuticles!!! I regret not reading reviews before going. I wasted 4hrs and $65 for this horrible experience. I should’ve realized it was a bad sign when I walked in, and she was the only one there. She was friendly and talkative at first, which didn’t bother me. When I showed her the style I wanted, she said it was too short and the shape was ugly. I then showed her a different style that I thought she’d be comfortable with, and she agreed. It was my first time ever getting my nails done and for someone that is very anxious Tracy made the whole experience so welcoming and professional and not to mention she did a phenomenal job! You can tell she absolutely loves what she does! Highly recommend
