Tracy Kuban is at the top of her game and is very pleasant to engage with. However this office has a terrible staff and they don't return calls or messages for weeks by portal, by phone, or by email. I have a great relationship with Tracy Kuban, but because the office staff and medical assistant there don't follow through on what they say they are going to do I rate this facility as horrible.
