I wouldn’t recommend Tracy at all, she cost us 7,000 by refusing to cancel a contract because she “didn’t want to go down that road” she worked harder for the sellers of a house than she did her clients. I asked her on several occasions for an update from the sellers representative it was always “oh I text them” with a response days later.
