Tracy was there for my husband and I during the entire process. Which was no easy task as we couldn't seem to agree on a house. After looking for a year, I found the house I was absolutely in love with. Tracy Holt was one of two realtors working with me. ( she was training my realtor) the first offer was not accepted, being a trust sale with multiple offers. We had to rush to even get it in by the deadline. Tracy went above and beyond to get it in. Tracy helped me buy my first home back in 2006, she probably showed me 20 homes before I made up my mind, she was always patient and really guided me through the whole process.
