I had the most positive experience with Dr. Laird and her staff. I transferred from a different cardiologist’s office because I felt so dismissed by those schedulers and phone operators. My first call reaching out to Dr. Laird’s office I had the most friendly and attentive person helping me schedule an appointment. She was very reassuring and sang Dr. Laird’s praises which helped me feel like this was a good switch.
