I’ve been going to Tracy’s for years. I went in to grey blend my hair and get rid of my demarcation line. Jennifer gave me highlights in order to get that done. She stayed late because I went in with very dark hair color to make sure the blending took. She also fixed a bad haircut I got from a different salon. It was hair miracle! I am so happy with the results.
Always a great experience with Tracy! She really listens to my requests and offers thoughtful feedback if she thinks a certain style won’t work well with my hair. She’s a fantastic hairstylist, and everyone there is always so kind and welcoming. I also appreciate that she’s willing to work with my budget when needed. Highly recommend 10/10
I strongly urge others to use caution before booking at this salon. I paid $230 for a highlight service, and shortly after the appointment I experienced scalp irritation, scabbing, and significant hair breakage that were not present before my visit. This has been distressing and has required me to look into corrective services elsewhere and treatment with my pcp. I had a fantastic experience at this salon and couldn’t be happier with the haircut service. Everyone were warm and welcoming, making me feel comfortable right away.
Kevin does an amazing job curling hair!!! He takes his time and uses the right technique to create soft, bouncy curls that last all day. My hair looked shiny, natural, and full of volume.
