I found Tracy by accident after a really frustrating experience with another hairstylist who wanted to cancel my appointment and wanted to charge me full price just because I was 23 minutes late. First time customer and very happy with the outcome! I'm very hesitant when it comes to letting someone cut my hair. Nancy was my stylist and she listened to everything I wanted, looked at the picture reference and asked each time before making a big cut. I have extremely thick, coarse hair and she thinned it so well that it feels like I have no weight anymore. Highly recommend if you have thick, coarse hair and you are looking for light layers.
