I have been going to Tracey for years. Her knowledge and skill is unbeatable and has helped me improve my mind body and spirit in ways that I did not believe we're possible for me.

Tracy really knows what she is doing. She is a highly trained and experienced teacher with amazing classes. I’ve been practicing with Tracy since before the school hall she teaches in at Nundah was built. I know Tracy to attend high quality courses locally and internationally very regularly (probably twice a year). The knowledge she has accumulated of yoga, anatomy and physiology, shiatsu and yoga therapy is clear in her classes. Tracy is a fantastic yoga teacher and very skilled due to her ongoing professional development in not only yoga but many related modalities. Her classes are a vinyasa flow that are a great mix of both strengthening and stretching, and she ensures there's always a challenge to keep you motivated. Tracy's yoga & anatomy knowledge, teaching style and personality are world-class. She's one of my favourite yoga teachers ever, and I've tried a lot. She's patient, understanding and welcoming. Her classes literally get your energy flowing again.
