Reading the reviews on here, I wonder how our experience was so vastly different. I accompanied my 76-year-old veteran father to his appointment with Tracy on 7/24. I have a hard time finding the words to explain how horribly insensitive and rude she was during his appointment. My sister and I were floored. My Dad was in pain and scared about his test results.
