Our college aged son reached out to Tracy and told her we were interested in a townhouse. She took him seriously and worked with him to start looking. She was very responsive and great at communication. She made time to show us places when I was able to be in Lynchburg and helped find the perfect place for my son to buy his first home. She is so thorough and gave us all the info needed to get him established. We are so thankful for Tracy and highly recommend her!!

Tracy was fabulous; she got the house staged and on the market in only a few days. With 2 weeks of bad weather we had 1 showing resulting in a contract that same day.
