We’ve been working with Tracy for 5 years to purchase a home. She has done her utmost to help us find a home that meets our needs, desires and dreams. She goes above and beyond to provide a perfect balance between expertise, negotiation, and caring service. She has met our questions, requests, and meetings with so much patience over this long search to finally find the right home. Highly recommend her for all your realtor needs.
This is our second time working with Tracy, and both times she has exceeded our expectations. We weren't really even in the market for a house -- we had just been browsing for fun and ended up finding a home we really loved. Within a week, she helped us make an offer on a house, stage/list our first home, AND SELL IT WITHIN 48 HOURS. Things moved quick, but she always kept us in the loop, advocated for us, and offered both her personal and professional opinion to help us make informed decisions. Our college aged son reached out to Tracy and told her we were interested in a townhouse. She took him seriously and worked with him to start looking. She was very responsive and great at communication. She made time to show us places when I was able to be in Lynchburg and helped find the perfect place for my son to buy his first home. She is so thorough and gave us all the info needed to get him established. We are so thankful for Tracy and highly recommend her!!
Tracy was fabulous!! She was very knowledgeable regarding the current market, expectations, staging, and the entire process. She kept me informed as related to interest, showings, and feedback. She guided me in negotiating a fair price and her expertise made everything flow seamlessly. I would choose her again 100 times!!!
Tracy was fabulous; she got the house staged and on the market in only a few days. With 2 weeks of bad weather we had 1 showing resulting in a contract that same day. She was great helping me out especially with me being out of state. I’ve got nothing but good things to say about her and I would definitely recommend her.
