I purchased a water furnace 6 0r 7 years ago it had to be serviced for the first time, just after christmas, it had not been opened up since it was installed the insides was all bent up and the fins on the air conditioning coils bent where it doesn't get the proper amount of air. How is a old lady to know what they have done until a problem comes up?
