Very unprofessional & No apology – If I could give them less stars, I would. Had groupon coupon. They don't return phone calls. First red flag. They don't remember that they are to be at your house at a certain time because "oh here it is, it is written on the wrong page". No apology! But they offer to come out on a second attempt. No one shows up yet again and no one bothers to call. They simply no-show after you rushed home to be there in time for them. Great Cleaning For A Great Price – great maid service through there sister company, Custom Maid Service, the ladies were very efficient at their job and the price was much cheaper than anyone I contacted. I have used them for the past 4 months and am very happy. Great company.
Constant Excuses! – Inconsistent cleaning caused by constant changing crew's! I used this service several times and always noticed how many items on their check-list were "skipped". When asked to re-clean I was always given "attitude" and excuses by the owner and company. Not only were most of the workers lazy, but many spoke no English! Great service, great price, and extremely reliable!! – I used Tracy Cleaning Service to clean my carpets with their green clean system and window clean inside and out. I did my research and felt confident I had made the right choice using Tracy. They have been around forever and I can see why.
