I had a wonderful experience working with Tracy to sell my home. She was very kind, patient and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her.
Tracy was great, no matter when I called she answered. When I was in a rush to sell my home, she was there every step of the way! We ended up selling and closing in under 3 months! I definitely recommend her for your purchase or sell. She’s very knowledgeable and can help you with every aspect of buying or selling.
Not professional. Tracy left me hanging. She was referred to me and the first conversation was great but that's where the responsiveness ended. I was supposed to get daily updates if houses met my needs. When I found one on my own, and asked to see it, she responded right away but then I didn't hear back. Tracy is an exceptional and attentive real estate agent. She helped me tremendously. The market is very slow right now and yet she stuck with me and was encouraging to me when I got frustrated during the process. I actually had a water leak with flooding during this process and Tracy was willing to head to my home to assess the situation until I could get there. Tracy is a consistent professional with extensive knowledge of the market. I would recommend her to anyone.
