We worked with Beth in buying our home and she was an absolute godsend. As first time homeowners she navigated us through the entire process and addressed all of our concerns with the utmost care. We had one week to find a home for our move from out of state to Columbia, and we were so happy to work with Beth! She has so much experience to draw from when it comes to the Columbia area market, and was able to answer our many questions. She was also pleasant and patient, as we had quite a few homes we wanted to see. Because of her in-depth knowledge, we also valued her input when we asked for her opinion about the various homes. Beth is a great resource in so many ways, and goes above and beyond to be of help!
