If I could give zero stars, I would. I've had 3 visits, the 3rd today. May 6th was first for an abcessed tooth. The antibiotics didn't get called in so I called the next day and left a message. I never received a call, but the script got called in. May 22nd was a tele visit with lab results. Tracy recommended a specialist that she said was a friend of hers and I could get in quick. 3 scripts called in. Dr. Tracy Allen helped me get off Effexor which my previous doctor put me on for hot flashes . The previous doctor didn’t inform me that Effexor was addictive. Dr. Tracy Allen got me started on the Biote pellets which has made a big difference. She is very caring and takes the time to listen to your concerns.
Tracy has renewed my life by acknowledging and making changes in my health care. She is one of the most honest and caring people that I have ever met. Her staff is amazing! Twice I had an urgent situation and they got me in as soon as I could drive to get there and I was seen immediately. I would definitely recommend this facility if you are looking for an amazing group of people to help you better your health.
