I have been attempting to schedule an appointment for 3 weeks. I’ve done everything. Left voicemails called multiple times a day.. Can’t get anyone on the phone. What a joke and waste of insurance money!
She takes time to care about my health. It has always been great experiences ever since I changed my primary physician to Dr. Siegfried! She is the best!
Assistant Robin terrible at calling back so unless you have a physical once a year which is fine because Dr. Siegfried is good but if anything comes up in between, good luck getting an appointment or having her see you. The recommendation is go to urgent care or go to emergency. I have to say I have been coming here for several years The doctor herself is nice but my frustration has grown, the office assistant, service is extremely poor.
Very disappointed. Yes, doctor is listening but she doesn't follow up on anything at all. I passed my physical exam in February. I did my lab tests in February. Today is November and she didn't follow up with me on my lab tests and I know that my lab tests are not good. Also, during the visit, she mentioned that "do not call us, we will give you a call on your results ", but common ....9 months later I still don't have any call!!!! Will report it to my insurance career.
