Everyone was very kind and treated me with respect.
Very professional and informative. Staff were also friendly and helpful with scheduling appointments.
Tracy Klein is always polite and professional and does a great job managing my vision prescription, Insulin Dependent Diabetes, glaucoma and cataract. She always performs the necessary screenings and maintenance tests. My only complaint is Tracy’s assistant. I’ve been to appointments annually for three years and not once has the assistant ever introduced herself. This year’s appointment I overheard Tracy say her name was “Missy”, I think???
