Had a double balloon sinuplasty today. Not fun but Dr. Byerly did an amazing job and it was quick. I am healing quickly and can already breath better. I highly recommend him and his fabulous staff.
Have been a patient of Dr. Byerly for over five years now. He is always patient and understanding. Must say the audiologist in his office (Dr. Erin Leshikar) is also very good at what she does. Both have spent a considerable amount of time and effort to help me manage the Hyperacusis that I suffer from.
Dr. Byerly has been our ENT for the past couple of years. We consider him as another Super Doc I see in Fredericksburg. Great staff. We live in Del Rio and they always work with us on our appointments. No more San Antonio Docs for us.
I had my initial visit in this office yesterday. I was welcomed with a lovely smile from the receptionist. After the routine procedures i.e. weight, with the nice young lady, I met with the PA, Kathy. What a pleasant person she is. I have never had a doctor that was as thorough as she was. I am giving 3 stars only because Dr. Kathy and receptionist were always so nice. I have not been to this office since September/October of 2022. I am very good about paying bills and keeping track of everything because I have great credit and don’t want to mess that up. Yesterday, I received two different envelopes from the office. I opened one and it was a bill for $88 that was supposedly from October 5, 2022.
