I am giving a 1 because it won't allow a 0. The food comes out extremely slow. And my onion rings were burnt.
Have ate here many times over the years and have always found the food and service to be excellent. Today however, there was a delay in receiving our food due to them being extra busy and having new employees in the kitchen. The true standard of a business in my opinion is how they handle issues which arise. Tractor's demonstrated today the highest level of customer service by addressing the service concerns well above any expectations that I had without any prompting on our part.
