I have never been treated so abysmally EVER in any store. I was accused of being a scammer when I presented a valid gift card. I wish I could trade it for a different card so that I never have to be treated like a thief. On top of that, the clerk blasphemed TWICE. Incredibly unprofessional all the way around!
Came in 20 minutes Before closing Was told must make it fast and the guy wasn’t very nice about it. It’s a corporate they don’t need to be closing early.
I ordered a black stone grill, got it at a great price and it arrived quickly
Walked in today for a few things and were nicely greeted by Jim, we looked around for a bit and found a few things and when it was time to checkout Jim helped us out . Very nice gentleman, he made sure we were getting the appropriate clearance prices on our items that were marked. Even helped me sign up for the stores members program. Thankyou Jim for the positive experience.
I shop at Tractor supply stores all over the Mountain West monthly. Mainly to fill up my RV propane. The Sheridan WY store I have visited twice in most recent months. It's always the best maintained with the most friendly employees. Kevin is an asset to your company.
