My husband and I bought a new push mower at Tractor Supply about 2 weeks ago. When we got it home and read through the set up instructions several times, we still could not get the pull rope to extend so that the blades would start. My husband called the store and we were told to bring the mower back to the store since it appeared it was not functional. I cannot say enough good things about this, Tractor Supply. The last time that the manager, Amanda went out of her way to help me. I I knew I wanted to write a review and I didn’t get around to it. I’m not going to let that get by me this time.
