My husband and I bought a new push mower at Tractor Supply about 2 weeks ago. When we got it home and read through the set up instructions several times, we still could not get the pull rope to extend so that the blades would start. My husband called the store and we were told to bring the mower back to the store since it appeared it was not functional.
