Outstanding Customer Service in a Time of Need All of the staff here were extremely helpful and friendly, truly going above and beyond to assist my father-in-law, a retired military veteran, with purchasing a generator. He drove four hours from western North Carolina, where Hurricane Helene caused devastating damage and left countless people without power and resources. Very disappointed in this branch. My husband traveled over an hour to pick up a safe that he pre-ordered and paid for online. Upon arrival, he was told that they “no longer had it in stock” and offered a discounted floor model that had no keys… which defeats the purpose of a safe. What a waste of time driving there when their online inventory said it was in stock and we pre-ordered it. He barely received an apology from the staff and the manager’s only solution was to offer him a safe with no keys.
