I normally like this store but the cashier was incredibly rude an older gentleman. Wanted a big rope dog toy. Accidentally grabbed one without a tag, so he said he couldn't ring it up. I went to get another one came back and told him it was last one, just didn't respond to me and left it hung up behind him. He just didn't want take the effort to get the manager to type in the price for him on the register. They always have what I need and always pack up my order perfectly! Dusty really is awesome and he is very accommodating, professional and very friendly! It’s always nice seeing familiar faces coming in to the store, I hope it stays that way!
I bought a box of bad meats of a vendor on Tractor Supply parking lot and they refuse to share information to track down the vendor they authorized to work there.
I Love this store, HOWever, today when I went there, there's a tent set up with some guys selling hats, calling out to me to Donate, saying it's "to help Veterans." Omw out they called to me again, so I paused and told them, Hey, I'm a 100% disabled veteran for a couple Decades and No One has Ever said, "here's some money we raised to help veterans like you who are struggling financially." Several good experiences with the service and management at the Shallotte location, D and staff and management very in tune with the community couldn't be more satisfied, 5 stars for sure!!!
