I Love this store, HOWever, today when I went there, there's a tent set up with some guys selling hats, calling out to me to Donate, saying it's "to help Veterans." Omw out they called to me again, so I paused and told them, Hey, I'm a 100% disabled veteran for a couple Decades and No One has Ever said, "here's some money we raised to help veterans like you who are struggling financially." Several good experiences with the service and management at the Shallotte location, D and staff and management very in tune with the community couldn't be more satisfied, 5 stars for sure!!!
I Love this store, HOWEVER, today when I went there, there's a tent set up with some guys selling hats, calling out to me to Donate, saying it's "to help Veterans." I am a 100% disabled veteran for a couple Decades and NO ONE has EVER helped me or said, "hey, we are selling hats to help you, let's get you out of that TENT and at least into a hotel room with the money we have raised to help Veterans." Billy who works here needs an attitude adjustment. Should not be working in customer service treating customers like he does. Tractor supply has lost my business today and in the future for his negative behavior. However there is an employee there named champ and he was so kind and helpful! There needs to be more employees like him!
I wish I could give more stars but this has been bothering me since Friday not only hearing but also watching it myself on how some of those females are treated and talked about at this store is WRONG! I went in there myself and watched one girl running around trying to help people every corner she turned while unloading boxes for me to go to the other side of the store and hear 2 male employees (both bald) on the isle over from paint supplies saying she’s a horrible worker and no one likes her!
