I went into this store on January 30, 2026, right after a major ice storm. I saw about 15 bags of ice available and only needed one. When I went to grab a bag, the employee stopped me and said another customer had just bought all of them. I explained that I only needed a single bag, but was told no anyway. Allowing one person to buy over 15 bags of ice during a post-storm situation is irresponsible. In times like this, basic essentials should be limited so more people can get what they need. Lots of selections with very supportive staff and well laid out for ease. We'll be back again and again. Super clean restrooms. Wish I could give more than 5 stars. You deserve it!
Went to the Edgewater location to make a lawn equipment purchase and was basically ran out of the store even though it was in stock. Called the Huntingtown location (45 minutes away) and was overwhelmed with actual customer service. Trent went out of his way to help me out. Even had the mower ready for a test drive. I told him about my terrible experience at the Edgewater location and he not only apologized for a store he has nothing to do with but gave me a discount I never asked for. Very unfriendly staff and even refused to load deer corn on my pickup truck stating “you are supposed to get that yourself up front” I’ve been a good customer in spite of their sour puss store staff but this was the last “straw.” They lost a good customer. You folks should look around for another source too.
