If I could give 10 stars I would! Called 20 mins prior to arrival, hauling horses from Heber and had gotten stuck in traffic with the heat I was worried about how hot they were getting. Called Tractor supply in Fountain Hills to ask if we could stop and hose down the horses. They instantly said yes. Pulled in they had a hose and buckets of ice water ready. Can’t thank them enough!!
Love TS, but I'm currently very annoyed with this location. Twice now we've had issues getting propane. First incident, a gal refused to refil our tank, saying it was to old and needed to be recertified (that's valid), but was telling us to go elsewhere to a different company... But also saying that company is out of business so she doesn't know what to tell us. I was like... Then why say that at all? Low staff to help carry heavy equipment
Went in to exchange my generator that had a 2 year warranty on it, that was purchased a year ago. Manager refused to even look at my receipt and wouldn’t exchange it for me due to laziness. Drove up the road to the Apache Junction TS and exchanged it perfectly fine and all of the staff was helpful and there were no problems. Do better Fountain Hills location.
