I have filled out an online application for the Bryan Ohio store, advertising for full or part-time job. I have checked on it twice and I have yet to hear anything back??? Is this place really hiring

Was told by the associate that I have $10 rewards that expired on Dec. 31 so I go in for propane and asked to use my $10 rewards balance(which was given to me as a Happy Birthday promotion) she says uh oh I'm sorry you must spend at least $50 to receive the $10 gift. I said "well that's not much of a birthday present is it?" She agreed and says " yea that's not right they shouldn't make you spend money for a birthday promo."
