Hey ! I really Like the fast service here at Tractor Supply . Bought a cub cadet riding lawn mower I was there maybe 20 minutes. They loaded it for me on my trailer And I was out of there !!!👍
My Husband went in and bought a belt got home and tried it on and was a little big and needed to exchange the size they wanted to charge him more money for an exchange, I do not understand why! they were extremely rude did not want to help him at all...... needless to say lost our business for sure..... The sale for the items was not over until the 8th He went back in today 05/06 2 days after he bought it tried to explain that the manager would not even come out to speak to him very terrible terrible customer service

Wow what exceptional customer service I just received today, I had to speak with a manager Emily about something I left at the store and she was very polite and helpful with my issue. And to be honest every time I go in this store all the employees have been super helpful and polite!
