Employees are friendly, prices are competitive,store is always clean.
This is usually my go to store for chicken supplies and bedding. I am disabled so I usually order online and have it brought to my car when I arrive. Well today my boyfriend came with me and we waited in the parking lot for at least 15 minutes before my boyfriend went in to see what was going on,the young girl with the ear gauges was rude to my boyfriend when he went in. Might have to take my business elsewhere because who wants to deal with rudeness.
Always get an attitude when I ask for propane refills here. Last time, the guy told me something was wrong with my tank and he couldn't fill it. Drove to to the TS in Fort Collins and they filled it no problem. I avoid coming to this one as much as possible bc of the bad customer service.
We called earlier in the day and asked what the latest we could come in for a dog bath was and were told 6:30 (30 mins before close). We got there at 6:05 to be safe and were told the baths were already closed. Staff should probably come to consensus before they waste more people’s 40 min drive like they did ours.
