Catie 💓 was super helpful, I went in to buy chickens and feed and she was super helpful thank you so much!
Waited 30 minutes after going in to the store twice to get propane. Went in again and was told the guy in charge of doing fills was busy doing trailer paperwork and would be out in 15. Im not waiting 45 minutes to get propane filled. Won't be going back to again.
Always a good experience. The cashier Alexandra was professional friendly and knowledgeable. Hepled me greatly with my dogs issue. Five star customer service
I called and they answered to phone "hello". I didn't know if I had the wrong number, as they never said "Tractor Supply". I asked what time they opened on Sunday and the employee didn't know. I asked if they had a certain livestock product and he asked me 4 times what is was again. Please train your staff!!!!
Rude customer service. You need more polite people to answer your phone.
