Went in late this evening and took my shy dog. The staff was absolutely fantastic giving him treats and made him so happy and it was such a positive experience. I did not get your names but to the gentleman and lady working tonight thank you for making our evening!!!
I’ve been in a lot of farm supply stores over the years (grew up on a farm and even worked at a couple myself), and the Cody TSC has hands-down the best staff I’ve ever come across. Big shoutout to Natalia and Jeff — they’re both super friendly, knowledgeable, and just all-around great to deal with. They make every trip here a good one, and it’s clear they genuinely care about helping people. Management is really lucky to have them. This store is definitely my go-to.
Stopped in on my way through town needing some help, Aaron was so friendly and helpful. He gave considerate advice and even came outside to check out my issue. Above and beyond customer service. A+
If I was you, I would never buy from this store. They lie to you that they will just exchange items for you when they quit working and get you to buy their service plans for $150 making you think that they will take care of you if something happens with one of your items. But that is all a lie, I would never listen to them or believe them when they’re trying to upsell you, I would stay far away from the tractor supply in Cody Wyoming.
