Katie was absolutely fantastic! She was polite on the phone and in person and super helpful. If she's not management she deserves to be!
I shopped here for years, without any trouble, then for some reason, they would not keep items that I purchased regularly and the staff was less, to non existent. I would give them no stars, if that was possible. It got so bad that I haven't shopped here in over a year. I decided to go to another store that keeps help and keeps the products that I need for my pets and home.
