The ladies at the Staunton store are always ready to help you and some of them are very knowledgeable about what you need for your situation and the product they have. I don't do much shopping at the Waynesboro store but I am sure they operate the same!
I had a Tractor Supply credit card for emergencies. Had an emergency at night, ordered a generator from this store. Their inventory was messed up and they were out of the generator. This tied up the emergency funds for days as the order was canceled, and now we are just going to suffer in the cold.
I absolve coming here. It’s always so neat and clean and the staff is so super friendly. They are always willing to help and they don’t make you feel bad for asking for help.. Jami has helped me multiple times and she has always been so friendly and showed me where everything I needed was. She even recommended several items for me to try. Shelves are always neat and organized. I would highly recommend this store and I do tell all my family and friends about this tractor supply store.
