Two days in a row I’ve driven here to use the dog wash. Both times when I arrived “the dog wash is closed it will be open tomorrow”. So now ive wasted time, effort and money to come here after being told it was open. Either close it and let us know when, or open it and let it be used…but being closed , and telling me to come back is just frustrating. I used to shop here a lot, but out of principle I likely won’t be back…
The gentleman that helps with the online order pickup should win Employee of the month, each and every month, with his willingness to help and sparkling personality. If you hate your job, quit.
This is t my usual location to get my feed.. I made a curbside pick up order here since it is on my way home from work. The man who delivers my bags didn’t greet me, instead he proceeded to lecture me on where I need to park for curbside. When I brought it to his attention that a specific pickup area is not identified, he threw the feed bags in the back of my car with a grunt and didn’t even acknowledge me when I said thank you. Today I had the most horrible experience at a Tractor Supply store! As we were walking in one of the ladies at the register told us we had to go and return the item we needed assistance with at the original store of purchase, without speaking to us or greeting us first, she said her manager told her to tell us that, Im assuming as he saw us walking from the parking lot.
