This place never let me down until today I always did an online order with no problems The charged me for a 50lb dog food without having it in stock If they didn’t have it in stock why charge my card for it ? I recently moved to the UGWL area and have had positive experiences at the store. In particular, DINO is a super star associate. He is always engaging, lighthearted with jokes and last evening, he went above and beyond with his level of service to help us with a firepit we were purchasing. Both Dino and Rich the manage on duty were exceptional with their offer to service that exceeded our expectations hands down. Keep up the great work Dino and Rich!
My wife just went to the Tractor supply in West Milford NJ to buy Ivermectin. The price posted on the shelf was $10.99. When she went to the checkout with 2 boxes the cashier said the price for each was $15.99. My wife stated the the price listed on the shelf was 10.99.
