David the assistant manager shows zero empathy or concern for customers. Refused to provide escalation path for a cancelled online order. Even TSC customer solutions was surprised by this as they said it is policy to disclose names of manager and regional/district managers when a customer requests the information. Clearly states online that price matching is guaranteed except for Amazon and other 3rd party sellers. But in store they will only let you price match within Sussex county.
Did a delivery to tractor supply in newton New Jersey and employees are very nice view is amazing quiet and there is a breeze that leaves you refreshed plenty of space to turn and if your delivering they’ll let you even take a break 10/10 would definitely deliver here again.
