Very poor customer service. Will not be back to this location
VERY disappointed the customer experience was terrible we had to wait while the employee called the store manager because she was “At home” Had to haul a very large compressor only for them to tell us they could not do anything for us even after the lady over the phone told us to bring it in. This would be our 4th compressor we purchased at this location for our business. We will no longer be purchasing with Tractor Supply.

I had a same day delivery order that for some reason turned into a complete and total cluster. After spending two days talking to multiple people to get this resolved, Kayley at the Claremore TS ended up being the reason my not so happy review turned to 5 stars! Kayley was SO pleasant and went way above and beyond just to make things right without any hesitation what so ever. She is an absolute GEM! Huge shout out to Kayley and Josh the weekend delivery guy for restoring my faith in Tractor Supply.
I just moved to Claremore and they are the best people to deal with... I'll always do business with them!
