I was looking to spend quite a bit of money there on an outdoor kennel & roof for my dog. I spoke to Jennifer on the phone about the delivery and assembly service that is offered on their website and she had the worst customer service attitude I have ever had to deal with. Hopefully the manager sees this and does something about it because they just lost my business! So rude and unprofessional for absolutely no reason. Do not recommend this store. I now know why their rating are so low.

You should treat people who spend money their hard earned money there better. RUDE talk to us like we are a pain in the... and not helpful, things are ALWAYS out of stock. I will shop at the circle c in elmo from now on.
This store needs to get their act together! Always out of the things I routinely purchase. Always have to wait for them to check the back. I have had to wait for load outs on several occasions and actually had customers help me load. I love TSC, but this store, in Terrell, TX, really needs some good people in there to run it.
Every time we go in here, you can never find someone to help. The lines are always long (even in off peak hours) and we went in to get a refill on propane tank. The sign on the door says get them here and does NOT say at only the time when the ONE person is there. That is what we were told. Unacceptable practice. Train your staff or post times when you have to do on their terms.
I realize it’s Fathers Day and they are probably short handed. We went to look at some game cameras for our property. My husband asked a man working there about them. He said they didn’t have any. They were seasonal. My husband said,”oh okay it showed you carried them online.” The man looked up and said,”I said there seasonal.” in a rude tone. If you don’t like your job find another. Tractor supply needs more heavy duty carts that will handle up to three or four hundred pounds of supplies!
