Second time I have been to this store and service was horrible. First time had front door shut in my face. Today went in with paper in hand to locate a part and was sent to five different people when girl said go see cashier and she said “ I’m not doing it. I had stuff in my hand to purchase and walked out. I have spent over 20k in the last year at this store but never again will I step foot in here. Calling corporate office about lack of customer service
It’s my favorite Tractor Supply. Best staff. Always helpful. And always has what I need
My old man hates baths but seemed to really like the dog wash station! So happy this is a service you guys provide for such an affordable price! Shampoo was provided, though we brought our own, the dryer was AWESOME! They even provide brushes and SHARP nail clippers!!! Tucker rates it 5/5 stars!
They do not understand the meaning of curbside pickup. Had to get the manager, David involved to even get my on-line order brought out to the designated pickup area. This was after calling them 3 times and waiting outside for 40 mins. I could not go inside because I could not leave my dogs in the hot car. What is the point of curbside pickup if they say you have to come inside. Geez!!!
