RecommendedThe staff is friendly and always helpful. Bought some long sleeve tops plus a flannel for fall yardwork. Always get my pelletized bedding aka cat litter here much cheaper than anywhere else and when I ask they load it for me. Got some tools so that I don't have to borrow my husband's. They also have some nice treats. Check them out.

There are other options with better customer service. my experience, pick up order accepted and confirmed. Then when checking status found the order was cancelled with out any communication from Tractor Supply. Truly not the way to treat customers in these times. Even after notifying corporate of my disappointment, no response.
Their baby chicks are in and standing on wet chips and the lights are to high (their cold) and there was a dead chick laying in one of the containers, none of the containers were labeled with what kind of chicks they were. I get these are difficult times but no reason to neglect the baby chicks. So disappointed.
I received a rain check for a 48" box blade fro my Kubota tractor on December 31st. Still no sign of it being delivered. I was told it would be 10 days or so. Two weeks ago I went to the store to check on the status. I was told that they have to fill a truck before it will be delivered to the store. I really don't have much faith in ever getting one from TSC.
I breed rabbits for show, as do many other people in the area, including ARBA judges. TSC is a feed staple store, as I have to purchase 10+ bags of Manna Pro every month. Ever since moving to the area in March I have yet to have a positive experience. I’ve asked for newer feed multiple times as the 3 pallets of Manna Pro rabbit feed on the floor is 5-7+ months old and unusable - anything that old has lost all nutritional value and no one will buy it. Will not support TSC as the customer service is lacking at this branch.
The staff are inadequately trained, rude, and lazy. The products I use are rarely on the sales floor and I have to track somebody down to help me. When I do find somebody they act like I'm bothering them.
It's winter and this store is always out of fuel. The ordering and stocking crew is way below parr!!! I'm going to give up trying
