Called by phone to verify if store had stock of steer feed as online search just said sock varies by store, call to confirm availability. Called to inquire, but was told bluntly they don't have time to look because they are too busy. Told me to check online, which i informed I had already done. Horrible customer service
We took our dogs in for there shots and it was a terrible experience, we have two golden retriever puppies, they took our puppies and started taking tons of photos for fun and laughing like it was a instagram photo shoot as another person tried to upsell us on stuff we didn’t need trying to scare us by saying it could effect our kids. Cashier acted like I had two heads when I asked to purchase 12 bales of alfalfa. Then employee who loaded asked for a tip. Not sure if he was joking or not.
1st time at Tractor Supply. I walked into 4 wonderfully employees, all willing to help me find what I was looking for. I told the employee what I was looking for, and she pointed me directly to it, no problem. Not too often these days, you can see this kind of service done with a smile. Well done!
I love this store! Employees are always very helpful. I would much rather go here than home depot! I was also very happy when corporate announced no more woke policies. Keep up the good work tractor supply!
