Love TSC, but this location’s women’s restroom could use some work. Even Home Depot knows how to make a lady feel welcome and comfortable.
About 95% of the people who work here are rude, dry, and unwelcoming. I almost feel like I’m inconveniencing them when asking a question. We buy our dog food here and have maybe had one positive experience.
Ben the store manager is amazing, his quality customer service and care for his customers makes me a loyal customer. He doesn't know I'm writing this, but he has been so helpful I feel compelled to speak up. I even had a paperwork problem on a utility trailer I bought here FOUR YEARS ago, and he still helped me resolve it -- all with patience and smiles, even though I'm the one who unfortunately created the problem (I lost my original title). Great job Ben and team.
