Ben the store manager is amazing, his quality customer service and care for his customers makes me a loyal customer. He doesn't know I'm writing this, but he has been so helpful I feel compelled to speak up. I even had a paperwork problem on a utility trailer I bought here FOUR YEARS ago, and he still helped me resolve it -- all with patience and smiles, even though I'm the one who unfortunately created the problem (I lost my original title). Great job Ben and team.

Awesome customer service above and beyond!!! I walked in to the store was greeted by helpful workers who directed me to John for my specific questions / needs. I was having an issue with a "wood chipper" that I purchased several months ago and John had the knowledge and expertise to help me get what I needed! I went to Tractor Supply for a propane refill before a camping trip (6/10/2025), spending $90 on dog food, a toy, and hats. At 8:35 PM, I was told by the cashier (Amanda) that the propane machine was “broken,” despite my wife confirming it worked that afternoon.
