Horrible customer service, miss labeled products. Wife went to get dog food. Grabbed a bag verified it matched label, gets to register with 4yr old in tow and carrying a 40lb bag of food. Gets charged $46.99 for bag labeled 34.99. Has happened before. They held up the line trying to fix mistake. I just had back surgery and needed wife home. She paid wrong price instead of manager just charging the price listed. Said it was a old tag???
The manager was awful. She was to lazy to stop doing whatever and even come up to the front and talk to us. I guess $400 was nothing to her. My property manager goes there 2 times a week and I guess that doesn’t mean anything to her too. I guess businesses at not like they use to be. I should have raised hell but I think I was in shock because it just didn’t make sense. But to me it’s just sad businesses are like this now.
I always have a good experience, except with the coupons. I get them late & when I try to use them they're expired.
I love my Tractor Supply! � Always a positive experience.
