Completely and utterly ridiculous, first your employees tell me you don't carry a part that I've already purchased at your store, next employee says oh yes we have 2 in stock. Drive the 40 minutes to get there to find that you have 0 in stock. Pathetic, poorly trained and inexperienced personal which is the result of piss poor management. I see where your store donated to the Animal Shelter in Kanawha. That is awesome. Is the one in Putnam going to do the same to the Putnam County Shelter? I sure hope so.
