We tried to buy two dog kennels, which they supposedly have in stock and have them delivered. Unfortunately the website says they have none so you can’t pay online. And they won’t take your credit card over the phone so you can’t pay them that way and pick it up curbside. You can drive down, walk into the store and pay them in order to have it delivered to your home. Sounds like both a waste of time and money. (Drive down to pay so I can have it delivered?) Got 6 ducklings about a month ago. they were fine for a week, happy little ducks then within an hour all 6 died. contacted the store and they said must have been something I had done wrong but they took my info and once they got a new shipment, replaced my 6 babies. upon picking up the new duckies, I was told by an employee that all ducks out of that batch that were black and white had a viral problem and all died, if they were sold with white ones, they died too. so now i have had the new ones for about a week or so now, sa... read more
Happened to notice on a receipt that I was charged for two bags of feed when I only purchased one, I took the receipt back to the store and explained the mistake to the cashier. Melissa, Kim, and Tim were very helpful and corrected the issue promptly.
Went to Queensbury Tractor Supply today with the intention of dropping over $1000 on a snow blower that the website assured me was in-stock (even encouraged me to pay online for pick-up) along with some accessories. Drove 40 minutes only to find that the only one they had "in-stock" was on layaway. "Sorry," and turned her back to me. Zero thought to attempting any sort of customer service or retention. Extremely disappointed.
Insulting customer service! we walked in search of a bench seat cover for our dog. Not only do you not have one. But was never greeted as we walk in but the workers were just standing around talking and never offered any help. They saw us and didn't do a thing. Again insulting.
