Best customer service I have ever. I ordered a large stock tank I was converting into above ground pool and was lucky enough to have found one. Like most customers, I show up close to closing and with a truck way to small to pick it up. Due to the work and availability of vehicles to use, I was late and had a tiny truck. Don't buy pellets from this store. Husband brought home 3 bags, he's never bought them before, 2 of the 3 bags are wet. Can't use wet pellets in a stove total waste of money. He said all the pellets are sitting outside can't keep them dry that way.
The North Topeka TSC store has always been a good place to go if you don't want anything. It never fails, if I stop there, they will always be out of at least one of the things I am looking for. New management doesn't seem to ever change the ineptness that plagues the place. Now, it's just a good place to drive by fast and go shop somewhere, where I won't be disappointed.
reasonable prices, wide variety of merchandise This is an older store, fairly cramped, lots of goods packed in there. So getting around is a bit challenging at times. They do carry a wide variety of merchandise! You can find almost anything you need for your farm, ranch, pet, garden, if you get there at the right time. They have the most complete line of pet toys I have ever seen!
