went to buy a dog bed and food storage container. they only had 2 that could hold 50 lbs. one the lid was broken do yiu couldn't snap it shut the other was cut sll the way down the middle sfter searching for someone for 15 minutes they just said that's all they had and left them on the self. the dog bed had a price on the self that matched the sku number on the bed of 24.99 when I finally got to the register because yhey only had one ooen and the cashier dtopped a transaction to call her ride on her cell phone to complain ab... read more
Easy to find stuff there and staff has always been friendly to me.
Accused of trying to steal a child's rake yesterday..... by a cashier who wasn't even taking care of me and had her own customers. It was a 5 dollar rake, had already been scanned with the large items in my basket. Seriously humiliating and unprofessional. Plus they are over priced. Will take our hard earned money elsewhere.
Very unhappy with Store Manager Ken very rude. Needed help with my wood splitter issues. Bought 25 ton. Ran for about 4 hours and just seized. Figured they would assist in helping me acted like he was, gave me a number to call it went to nowhere. He just didnt want to deal with it.
Every time I need dog food, cat food, parrot food or anything else, the employees are very helpful in getting what I need! I shop for all my animal needs and hardware at TS. The prices are great too!
Some of the friendliest employees, everyone is very polite and helpful.
One of my favorite stores. My dogs love to help me shop, my cat loves the 4-Health food we bring home. Excellent prices, helpful sales people!
