RecommendedI read they closed at 8, arrived 704. They close at 7 on sundays. However, they answered the curbside line and brought out my dog food anyway!! Great customer service!!
if a company is going to sell dormant plants, they need to understand that it takes longer than 30 days for a tree to come out of it...I honestly believe they sold us a dead tree. when I opened the "root ball", the root had been cut to 3" inches. I snipped off one of the small branches & there was NO green whatsoever. When we called to see what we could do, the manager laughed & said burn it. 1st he said the take back was 90 days & then when we said that we only had it a little over a month, they changed it to 30 days. Male cashier extremely rude name on receipt is Taylor. Came in at 6:57 P.M. 9/27/19 he wouldn't enter my phone number for the rewards program. Tonight will probably be our last visit. Wake up Owners you have to have someone nice and friendly at your register or you will lose your business. Chewy's here I come. Sad you just lost my money.
My 10 year old Weimeriner Miss Lucy is always welcomed as she walks around the store checking for snacks. Lucy also tries her best to get them to give her some baby chicks as Carryout lunch, but will settle for treats from Mr. David at the checkout. So thankful for all the great people who work here. They have all her favorites, wet food, dry food, real chicken feet dog treats and of course, a few dog toys too. And they still offer to carry out your order and load it into your vehicle.
I love shopping at tractor supply especially at Christmas time.�

Mason went above and beyond to take care of us tonight, he provided excellent customer service!
We were there with our Soldier ON Service Dogs doing some socialization with the dogs in training! There was so many sights, sounds, and smells for them to explore! I had not been here before, and was very impressed with your workers. They were very welcoming, as soon as we walked in the door, and always asking if there was anything we needed.
