Told me they did me a favor by doing a warranty replacement on a compressor I only had for 3 weeks. ITS NOT A FAVOR IF I PAID TO HAVE A 2 YEAR WARRANTY PLAN. only for the compressor to break again only a month later. Go to the store the manager hid behind items at the store AND ONLY WOULD COMMUNICATE FROM A RADIO

Huge shout out to Jerry, Kristen, and the lovely lady on the forklift for all their help today. Purchased a chicken coop, got home and started unpacking all 520lbs of it only to find out most of the wood was rotten at the bottom from sitting in a pool of water in storage. Went back to the store and they immediately assisted with correcting the issue. Perfect customer experience 🤌🏼
Absolutely wonderful experience!!!! Came out in the pouring rain to get a chicken coop bc ours was damaged in the storm... Jerry loaded it up without a complaint! Just threw on the poncho and got to it! Not many people would be so willing to go out in the rain! Well.... as it were... we got home and it was the wrong one! Oh no! But.... not their fault, the crate was mislabeled! So, back to the store we went.... Super frustrating I know, but, the workers were so kind and shared our frustration! Krystal was wonderful.
