I called Amherst TSC to see if they had propane. After a five minute wait, they said they did. Upon arriving at the store, they DID NOT have propane. It's obvious why their rating is so low!! Columbia Station is a far better store!! Lesson learned! 😁

Shelves are rarely stocked with my dogs food. I constantly have to have someone go in the back and grab it, which means I get to hunt an employee down first, and then wait for them to bring me the bag. This store has always price matched Amazon for my cats meds, went today and they refused to do it stating they only price match local competitors, despite the fact that I have been price matching here for years. This store has gone downhill in recent years.
I went to Tractor supply today and the lady at the Cashier (Ruth) took her time and helped me to enroll in Reward program. She had such a great customer service , smiling and great attitude.
Went for the pet vet clinic. Great program. But really not a huge savings. Otherwise I'm finding TSC has it where rural king has been slacking a bit.
Waited in line for ever ! No one around to help poor girl asked twice for register back up but never got it .. the manager needs to learn how to better staff the store .. long time shopper at this location however I think I will drive out of my way to go to rural king next time .. this store has really gone down hill in the last few months ...
